When Wizkid didn’t have money, he used to beg to record with other artistes spare studio time – Journalist, Joey Akan

Believe yourself, One day you will get there – Nigerian entertainment journalist, Joey Akan took to his social media page earlier today to share a never-heard-before backstory about how superstar singer, Wizkid used to struggle to record his songs when he hadn’t made money.

According to Joey, due to lack of funds, Wizkid would normally hang around the studio owned by Knighthouse, which at the time housed Mo Cheddah.

The columnist said the Grammy-award winner often waited hours for other artistes who paid for sessions, but did not use the entire slot, so he ended up using the remaining time to record
