Singer, Teni offers to support two final year private university students with ₦1.5m
Nigerian singer, Teniola Apata populary known as Teni has offered to pay the school fees for two final years students in a private university.
Teni made this known in a tweet on Saturday, April 30, 2022 as she revealed that she would be supporting with N1.5 million.
She made an open call on Twitter for people who need their tuition paid but are unable to, saying that she wants to help two students.
”Private school university students if you need assistance with your school fees let me know, wanna help 2 people. 2 Final year students,” she wrote.
When a lady mentioned that her friend, a 500 level student at Babcock University needed help completing her school fees, Teni asked her to send the school’s account that she wants to pay the money directly.
The lady wrote;
”Hi Teni
My friend needs help to complete her school fees
A 500 level student studying social work in Babcock University
Please help her”
Teni quoted the post and tweeted; ”1.5m I wanna pay directly to the school, send the schools account number”.
